Framing is where Alaskan Sons Construction began, and it remains one of the parts of construction we enjoy most. For more than 20 years, we've built our reputation on quality framing, attention to detail, and a genuine appreciation for the craft of bringing a set of plans to life.
Over the years, our scope has broadened to include custom home construction, remodels, additions, decks, garages, and a wide range of residential construction projects. However, our passion for framing and building well-crafted homes remains at the center of what we do. Whether constructing a new home from the ground up or helping transform an existing space, we take pride in creating strong, thoughtfully built structures that stand the test of time.
General Contracting & Design-Build
One of the greatest advantages of working with Alaskan Sons Construction is having a single team responsible for the entire process. From initial design and planning through construction and completion, we can help coordinate each phase of your project and keep everything moving in the right direction.
With in-house design capabilities and years of experience working with trusted trades, we can manage everything from developing the plans to coordinating specialized subcontractors. We prefer to take on that role because it allows us to stay involved, maintain quality control, and ensure the finished project reflects the original vision.
Transparent Cost Plus Pricing
At Alaskan Sons Construction, our goal has always been to do the job right rather than simply do the job as quickly or cheaply as possible. That's why we work primarily on a Cost Plus basis, providing transparency into the actual time, materials, and services required to complete each project.
We believe this approach removes the temptation to cut corners and allows us to focus on making the best decisions for the project.
